The word "deisme" in Pandunia merges the two different concepts "theism" and "deism".
These are two different concepts. Deism might be considered as a rational point of view (there's something but I can't say what exactly), contrary to theism (there's someone that give us this manual, you will go to hell if you don't follow it) that is, at least partially, irrational.
I think that if Pandunia merges theses two concepts it should use another root to avoid quiproquos.

Re: deisme n theism/deism
Pandunia's definition for deisme is 'belief in the existence of at least one god'. Is that theism or deism or both or neither?
Re: deisme n theism/deism
Both.
deism:
belief in the existence of a supreme being, specifically of a creator who does not intervene in the universe.
theism
belief in the existence of a god or gods, specifically of a creator who intervenes in the universe. (it defacto almost always means that there is a manual blocked in version 1.0 until the end of time)
But, in my opinion, it's important to have the same two words than most languages to distinguish them, because "deocracies" are most often democracies, in contrat with theocracies that are almost always totalitarian dictatures.

Re: deisme n theism/deism
Seweli is correct in that deism refers to a belief in a nonintervening creator, while theism refers to belief in a creator who intervenes in the created cosmos, especially to propagate religion.
Deists particularly deny the truth of reportedly supernatural miracles that violate natural law, asserting that the creator would not have made nature lawful only to cast aside its lawfulness.
Deism was most prominent during the 18th century and early 19th century CE. Many of the so-called “founders” of the USA, notably Washington and Jefferson, were deists. Benjamin Franklin was long a deist, then changed his mind in favor of theism. Among North American English speakers, deism was a mainstream belief until the Cumberland Revival of the 1830s.
Pandunia should not conflate opposing viewpoints like deism and theism. Neither deists (like myself) nor theistic religious believers would wish for these two views of deity to be conflated.

Re: deisme n theism/deism
I promise not to conflate the two in Pandunia dictionary. However, the Pandunia word for god in general is deo and consequently the "ism" or the doctrine related to it is deisme due to normal word derivation. The definition of deisme is 'the doctrine or belief in the existence of a God or gods' according to the definition from Princeton Wordnet.
On the other hand, Wordnet defines deism as 'the form of theological rationalism that believes in God on the basis of reason without reference to revelation'. The Pandunia word for this doctricen could be rationik deisme ('rational theism'). (For guidance, I looked at the Mandarin term 自然 神教 /zìrán shén jiào/, literally 'natural theism'.)
In the Panlexia project we link Pandunia words into Wordnet definitions. It helps me to define words better and it helps users Pandunia to understand words better.
